This Website permits parents/Guardians of children to check Curriculum, Details, Notifications, Announcements, Calendar, and access other interactive services.

You agree to submit to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Karnataka for any claim related to the Terms of Use and you agree not to bring any action, suit or proceeding against TRIO Tots trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns in any jurisdiction other than Karnataka.

The Terms of Use and TRIO Privacy Policy, together, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRIO TOTS with respect to the use of the Website. Trio TOTS failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right of Trio Tots.

You will not commence any class action or similar proceedings on behalf of or as representative of any third party against Trio Tots.
